How to Access Individual Student Reports

Zenva Schools tracks individual student progress in every classroom course. Teachers and the School Admin can view each student's progress report.

Opening a student report

To open a student report, a Teacher or the School Admin should:

  1. Log in to their account.
  2. Click the Classrooms menu link.
  3. Locate a class.
  4. Click Students.

  1. On the next page, locate a student.
  2. Click View Report.

Teachers and the School Admin can also access student reports from the Students menu link.

Viewing a student report

A student report shows three sets of information:

  1. Classroom Name
  2. List of Courses
  3. Events such as Lesson Completion

List of courses

The list shows course names and student progress with a bar graph and fraction. The fraction represents the number of modules completed by the student compared to the total number of modules in the course.

To learn more, click the arrow to expand a course panel. A list shows all the course modules. Zenva Schools places a checkmark next to a module name when a student completes that item.
